Almost everything you want to know.....Sorta
Profession: College Student
College: Mercer Universtiy. I am finally at a real
college. I am currently pursuing a degree in Sociology with a minor
in Criminal Jutice. Someday I will get that
degree :)
What am I planning to do with my education? Well, that is an
interesting
question. I really don't know. I would like to work somewhere in
Criminal
Justice. I used to be a big fan of the People's Court when I was little.
I
thought about becoming a lawyer or paralegal. Maybe I will work with
inmates in a jail or criminal setting. Maybe I will work with the court
system somehow. I really dont know where this degree is going to take
me.
Another dream of mine is to work for some sort of magazine. I really
like doing Pangea, which is
my pet project
have been working on since I was a teenager. It is a international
writers magazine.
Current Employment: None. However I do volenteer with HODAC with
is an agentcy that works with victims of crimes. I help out in the Perry
Court House in Georgia. I read a bunch of Police Reports and write
letter
to the new victims informing them of HODAC's Services. I dont get paid ,
but at least I feel useful. I am aslo involved with Big Brothers and
Big Sisters of Macon. I have a little brother named Austin and he is
wonderful
to be around.
Birthday: September 27 1975. You can do the math but one thing
is for
certain: I am getting old! Cry sobb!!!
Favorite film performers : David Ducohvny, Jessica Alba,
Robin
Williams, Patrick Stewart, Whoopee Goldberg, Sandra Bullock, Tom Hanks,
and a few others.
Music: All kinds. Metallica, Savage Garden,REM, Celien Dion,
Smashing
Pumpkins, Enya, Yanni, Clannad, Lorenna Mckennit, soundtracks,
Cranberries, Soul Asylum, Counting Crows, Asia, Styx, Queen, etc.. A lot
of different stuff.. But I am not all that into rap or anything like
that.
Pets: I currently I have a grey tabby kitty named Misty and a
black and
white tuxedo cat named Sabrina. I hope to
have a home someday where I can have enough room for them to run around.
I have had pets in the past, but I have either had to give
them away, the run away or they have died. I get very attached to
animals.
Children: One son, Tristian born 11/25/97
About my son's name: I first heard of his name in the movie
"Legends of
the Fall" with Brad pitt. But apparently the name originally came from
Norse Mythology.
Sports and fitness: I love to get out and roller blade (sometimes I do
this on my lunch breaks at work), and play other type of sports. I am
all
for going on a hike or a long walk, or doing other fitness type things.
I
am not fond of watching sports on TV. I must rather participate in
sports
then watch them, however, I do like going to a live sports games if I
get
invited along to go. Going to a "live" sports game is just something I
don't do on my own.
TV Shows: if I watch anything it is on DVD now a days. I am a big
fan of Star Trek, Millennium,Pretender, and Dark Angel. Sometimes I get
so busy
with day to day events that I will go months without watching one of
these things.
Movies:X-men, Star Wars, Star Trek 4, and 9 , Indiana Jones,
Anne
of green gables, Ever After, Jumping Jack flash, Alegria, Goonies,
Labyrnth, Princess Bride and some others. I like drama, comedy,
just about anything with a good story line. I like movies that I
can picture myself apart of. I suppose that sounds a little
strange, but I guess sometimes I like to run away with my
imagination.
Collections: I collect Used STAMPS ( please if you have any,
don't
hesitate to send me some) postcards, stuff that glows in the dark or
lights up and stuff from other countries.
Weather: I really hate weather talk. I mean how much time does
one
really spend outside anyway.
Wishes and Dreams: To find someone to be happy with, companion,
friend and lover. It is a big dream and rare to find. I'd like to think
there is someone for me, somewhere. Another dream of mine is to have
lots
of friends to get to know and cherish. This one is a little more
achievable, but just as mates are, good friends are hard to come by.
Religion is like a stick you can use it to help you climb
mountians or you can whack someone upside the head with it."
